 premiumpunter.com.au is privately owned and operated and the website does not represent or claim to be affiliated with any Australian or International horse racing club or entity.  ALL information relation to racing fields, including horse numbers, scratchings, odds and statistics should be checked with an official source.

 Registration Information

In order to use the services you may be required to register with premiumpunter.com.au by providing certain information about yourself, including your name and email address.  In consideration of your use of the services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested in connection with the provision of and/or registration for any of the services, subject of course to all applicable laws.  If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, premiumpunter.com.au has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete premiumpunter.com.au has the right to suspend or terminate your password and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the services.

 Usage Conditions

1. ALL entrants must be over 18 years of age.
2. premiumpunter.com.au reserves the right not to accept registration for any participant if the registration contains anything slanderous or defamatory or is otherwise unsightly in any way, as determined by Premium Punter in its absolute discretion. The participant’s participation in the website can be withdrawn due to unsightly conduct at any time during and after the subscription.  This includes any registration that the Premium Punter reasonably suspects have been created using a computerised scripting tool.
3. Your use of the website, services and content is solely at your own risk. The website and the content is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.  premiumpunter.com.au expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
4. premiumpunter.com.au makes no warranty that:
   1. The website, services or the content will meet your requirements;
   2. The website, services or the content will be uninterrupted;
   3. The website, services or the content will be timely, secure or free of errors;
   4. The results that may be obtained from your use of the website, services or the content will be accurate or reliable;

You understand and agree that the website, services and content are provided as is and that premiumpunter.com.au takes no responsibility in relation to the use of the website, service and content.  The website, services and content are provided for your non-commercial entertainment and enjoyment only.  Under the T&Cs you may download certain content and services available on the website to a single person computing device for your use and entertainment only.  You may NOT distribute, modify, re-publish or publicly display any of the content or services unless you have the prior written permission of premiumpunter.com.au, or which permission may be withheld at the sole discretion of premiumpunter.com.au.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the website is the participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. A participant electing to access the website via wireless platforms for the purpose of registering may be subject to content service fees imposed by its telecommunications provider.  No revenue sharing or commission arrangement exists between the promoter and the telecommunications provider in relation to any such transactions.
11. premiumpunter.com.au reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and site activity and the eligibility of participants, including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence and to disqualify any participant who submits a registration, tip or any other information on the site that is not in accordance with these T&Cs of entry or who tampers with the registration or any processes of the website. Failure by the Premium Punter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. You agree that premiumpunter.com.au currently provides users with various features and services, including statistical review, handicapper picks and other interactive and non-interactive features, all of which may be updated, deleted or otherwise modified from time to time, at the discretion of premiumpunter.com.au. In addition, premiumpunter.com.au provides access to certain photos, images, text, statistics, logos and other media and intellectual property related to or otherwise associated with premiumpunter.com.au.
13. Should you wish to cancel your premium punter membership account with premiumpunter.com.au, you can do so within the members login area of premiumpunter.com.au by clicking on the My Account tab.
14. You will need to cancel your account yourself using this process, your personal account details are private and we cannot do it for you.  Cancelling a subscription will give you access until the subscription in next renewed, on which it will cease to renew and access will be denied. Abandoning a subscription will end access immediately.
15. Account cancellation is your responsibility.
16. Important:  You may cancel your premium membership subscription at any time however, please be aware that when you do so you forfeit any time you still have remaining on your account and there are no refunds provided.
17. The Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Membership Plans with premiumpunter.com.au are recurring and are charged to your credit or debit card every week/month/quarter depending on which plan you take.  The only membership that is charged once only and that is not recurring is the 1-day plan.  Full details of Membership notification and recurring charges are set out clearly on the premiumpunter.com.au website.  If you experience any difficulty cancelling your membership, please contact us via the contact page.
18. PLEASE NOTE: NO refunds are given on com.au and cancellation of your account is necessary to stop all charges for the services provided by premiumpunter.com.au.
19. You expressly understand and agree that premiumpunter.com.au shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if premiumpunter.com.au has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from:
    1. The use or the inability to use the website, services or the content;
    2. The cost of procurement or substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the website, services or the content;
    3. Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
    4. Statements or conduct of any third party on the website, the services, or in the content;
    5. Any other matter relating to the website, the services or the content.
20. You will receive a password upon completing the registration process for use of any services. You agree that com.au, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password or use of the website and/or the services and remove subscriptions from the services, for any reason, including without limitation, for lack of use or if premiumpunter.com.au believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the T&Cs.  premiumpunter.com.au may also in its discretion and at any time discontinue providing the website or the services, or any part thereof, with or without notice.  You agree that any termination of your access to the Services under any provision of the T&Cs may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that premiumpunter.com.au may immediately deactivate or delete your password and all related information and/or files corresponding to your password and/or bar any further access to such files or the services.
23. The website and/or services may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other www sites or resources. Because com.au have no control over such sites and resources.   You acknowledge and agree that premiumpunter.com.au are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.  You further acknowledge and agree that premiumpunter.com.au shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
24. Services and content are the property of premiumpunter.com.au and are licensed to premiumpunter.com.au and may not be reproduced without the prior written consent of premiumpunter.com.au. You further acknowledge and agree that:
